Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Turn a dry vial into an exact, drawable dose. Enter your peptide amount, bacteriostatic water, and target dose — get the precise units to draw on your syringe, the concentration, how many doses are in the vial, and your cost per dose.
Pick your compound
Choose your research peptide (or enter it manually) to pre-fill typical vial sizes and reference ranges.
Enter vial + BAC water
Add the peptide amount in the vial and how much bacteriostatic water you're reconstituting with.
Set your dose
Enter the dose per injection and your syringe type — the calculator shows the exact line to draw to.

Peptide calculator FAQ
What does a peptide reconstitution calculator do?
It converts a dry peptide vial into an exact, drawable dose. You enter the peptide amount in the vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you add, and your target dose. It returns the concentration (mg/mL), the volume to draw, the exact units on a U-100 insulin syringe, how many doses the vial yields, and the cost per dose.
How much bacteriostatic water should I add to a vial?
There is no single 'correct' amount — more water makes the solution easier to measure but increases injection volume. A common approach is to choose a water amount that makes your typical dose land on an easy-to-read syringe line. Enter different water amounts in the calculator and watch the 'units to draw' update until it's a round, easy number.
How do I read the units to draw on my syringe?
On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, the small tick marks are units (100 units = 1 mL). The calculator's 'draw to this line' number is the unit mark to pull the plunger to. The on-screen syringe shows exactly where that falls.
How many doses are in a vial?
Doses per vial = total peptide in the vial ÷ your dose per injection. The calculator computes this automatically and also estimates cost per dose if you enter the vial price.
