We don't require you to return opened vials. Research materials are stored under your own lab's conditions, so for safety and integrity we don't accept returns of opened product — just reach out.

Approved refunds go straight back to your original payment method.

Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery; anything after falls under our Shipping & Returns policy.
